EPW - A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte, 53mm, .900 silver OF original A. Lange case with attractive niello finish, gold hinges, white enamel DS dial, SW-pin-set, lever escapement with gold pallet and escape wheel, 15J, gilt mvt, s#42403 with matching serial number within case.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, virtually flawless cosmetic mvt condition overall, excellent gilt tone, few micro-fine scratches near click; virtually flawless dial with few micro-fine scratches, minuscule edge nick under bezel near 1, tiny bits of fill material evident at seating of dial segments suggesting possibility they have been re-secured; excellent hands, small bits of oxide to tip of hour; case shows light wear, ding toward upper-left of rear, niello finish largely intact though with scattered small spots of loss to rear and some spots of loss to band; tight bow, crown shows light wear; good glass crystal.
